A deposit of 150 per week (non-refundable) will need to be paid before your booking is confirmed. A refundable security deposit will be required for your stay and is 250. There is cleaning fee of 150 which will be added to your rental costs. Our villa does not allow any pets and is strictly NON Smoking, if these conditions are not met, all of your security deposit will be forfeited.
1 . TERMS
The terms and conditions will be binding for all of the persons intending to occupy our villa BlueLakeView, whether or not such persons have signed the booking form. We the owners will confirm your booking in writing, as soon as the signed booking form and deposit has been received. Once we the owners have sent the booking confirmation, the signatory will become responsible for the total cost of the booking as agreed. The remaining balance, together with the security deposit, must be paid in full at least 10 weeks prior to departure. If the full balance is not paid 10 weeks prior to departure, we the owners reserve the right to cancel your booking and your deposit will be forfeited.
2. CANCELLATIONS
If you cancel the booking at any time after confirmation, the deposit paid will be forfeited. We the owners must receive WRITTEN notice of cancellation not less than 10 weeks prior to departure or the signatory will be liable to pay the FULL cost of rental balance (excluding the security deposit). Email cancellations will NOT be accepted. The signatory is responsible to ensure that a signed letter of cancellation reaches us the owners. If we the owners are successful in re-letting the villa for all or part of the cancelled booking period, the full or part balance will be refunded.
3. SECURITY DEPOSIT
The signing of the booking form will confirm that the signatory agrees to pay for all damages and breakages of any kind at the villa from the security deposit. This deposit will be fully refunded within 14 days after the villa has been vacated, providing the villa has no damage or breakages. In the event of excess damage of any kind, excess cleaning costs etc, the signatory will be held responsible for ALL additional costs.
4. GUESTS
The signing of the booking form will confirm that the signatory agrees to pay for all damages and breakages of any kind at the villa from the security deposit. This deposit will be fully refunded within 14 days after the villa has been vacated, providing the villa has no damage or breakages. In the event of excess damage of any kind, excess cleaning costs etc, the signatory will be held responsible for ALL additional costs.
5. RESPONSIBILITIES
The signatory, including all guests are responsible for the villa and are expected to take all reasonable care of it and its contents. This includes ensuring that all windows and doors are closed/locked while the villa is unoccupied. The villa itself and all its furnishings/contents must be left clean and tidy. It is the signatory's responsibility to ensure that the villa keys are returned to the lock box outside the villa upon departure or a charge will be made of: £75.00 for new villa keys & lock.
6.LIABILITY
We the owners and our management company accept NO responsibility whatsoever for any death, injury,accidents loss or damage to persons or personal belongings however so caused at any time . The use of the villa and all accommodation and all facilities/amenities, including the pool and spa are entirely at the users own risk. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times when using the pool and spa. GLASS is strictly NOT permitted within the pool and decking areas. The displayed pool rules MUST be adhered to at all times. We the owners and our management company cannot accept any liability for any loss of rental due to illness, flight delays, cancellations, acts of terrorism, acts of nature, industrial disputes or any events which are beyond our control.
7. OWNER'S ACCESS
Us the owners and our management company will be allowed access, should it be necessary, at any reasonable time during your stay.
8. INSURANCE
It is a condition of this booking that all persons occupying the property are covered by Travel Insurance with adequate protection for delays, cancellations, loss or damage of luggage and personal belongings, including medical cover for the USA.
