This was the perfect base, the spa and pool were used a lot before and after our days out, if staying here dont forget to to top up the pool first thing for about 45 minutes every day on the timer. We got used to the local wildlife quickly and you can set your clock by the appearance of the 2 red crested ‘herons’? and squirrel that came to vist every morning. The 2 main bedrooms we used were luxurious, better than any hotel I’ve ever stayed in, Anybody staying here will be impressed. The neigbours are chatty and friendly and no bother and good for advice. As Sunrise lakes is near to the junction of the Hwy 27/192, we could choose the place to eat on the way into the parks, (We suggest having breakfast/Brunch/ Lunch at the Golden Corral or Ponderosa steakhouse for an all you can eat buffet for just several dollars each, which sets you up for the day, and the Burger King for when your home late from the parks. For everthing else and your snack , use the Dollar tree at entrance to the Sunrise Lakes community. We would like to express out thanks to the owners for the quick responses to our booking requests and payments, and information about the villa, and of course we would come back again and again if the opportunity arises. For the techies, the Wifi is excellent and has dual 2.4/5Ghz, the only criticism is that the house PC uses Windows XP & is no longer supported by Microsoft and there have been no security/ windows updates since March 2017 when XP was pulled, so suggest you use your own tablets / phones rather than the PC which needs to be upgraded to Windows 10 soonest. Our vacation stay here has given us a lifetime of memories, it couldn’t have been better.
