Booking Information

Rates: Starting from £125 per night.
Additional Fees: An 11% tax and a £150 cleaning fee will be added to the total booking amount. Pool and spa heating are optional at £175 per week.
Deposit: To confirm your booking, we ask for a £150 per week non-refundable deposit. The balance is due 10 weeks before arrival. If you cancel at least 90 days before your stay, you’ll get a full refund. If you can’t make it, your deposit can be carried over to a future booking.

Pool & Spa

The private heated pool and spa overlook a peaceful conservation area, creating a relaxing space to unwind at the end of the day. Whether you’re enjoying a quiet evening or time together as a family, it’s one of the most loved features of the villa.

Spacious Living Areas

The villa comfortably accommodates up to eight guests with a mix of king, queen and twin bedrooms. Each space is thoughtfully laid out to feel comfortable, uncluttered and easy to relax in after busy days out.

Games Room and Entertainment

There’s plenty to enjoy back at the villa, including a dedicated games room with pool, foosball and air hockey. Inside, the living area also features a home cinema setup with streaming services and a DVD player for relaxed evenings in.

Fully Equipped Kitchen

The modern kitchen is fully equipped for family stays, with a double refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and all essential cookware. A high chair is also available for guests travelling with young children.

Prime Location

The villa is located in Clermont, Florida, around a 15-minute drive from Walt Disney World and within easy reach of other popular Orlando attractions, restaurants and shopping.
